The Corporate Strategy Office is tasked with articulating the strategic and tactical intentions of the business and is composed of three core functions: Evaluation, Implementation and Management. The mission statement of the Corporate Strategy Office is to generate and maintain Long Term Shareholder Value through the effective monitoring of these strategic initiatives. The Office is also responsible for the technical creation and interrogation of commercial offerings.
Acting internally, the Corporate Strategy Office carries out the role of the architect and coordinator of the Project Control Board, a platform that controls internal strategic initiatives and directly manages key projects. The department is highly involved in every facet of business at Pioneers Holding Co.®, offering consultation and external management.

The office comprises of Haysam Soliman and Shahzad Ali who act as Corporate Strategy Officers.
Haysam Soliman joined Pioneers Holding Co.® after completing an MSc in Strategic Management and Finance from Brunel Business School, London. He was instrumental in the expansion of the securities business in and around the UAE where he was responsible for winning a number of large portfolios from amongst the super High Net Worth families of the region. Haysam Soliman is on the board of a Real Estate Management firm which holds portfolios in the exclusive W1 area of the city of London. He also has a seat on the board of a Construction Engineering Consultancy firm operating across the Emirates. hsoliman@pioneersholding.com
Prior to joining Pioneers Holding Co.®Shahzad Ali worked in the largest snack orientated FMCG Company in Europe where, among other initiatives, he was involved in a 100 million LE Cost Reduction exercise within the remit of Change Management. He later joined the world’s leading mail and logistics company working within its BPO subsidiary as an internal Management Consultant, specialising in Business Transformation and Change Management.
